Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is the executive body of the BSE. The responsibilities of the Board include, among others, approving the BSE’s business plans and operational rules, developing plans for the Exchange’s development, and reporting to the General Meeting and the Supervisory Board about the BSE’s executive management and finances.

Supervisory Board

The Supervisory Board oversees the executive management of the BSE. As part of its oversight activities, it reviews business reports and financial statements prepared for the General Meeting, approves the BSE’s audit plans and reports, and supervises the work of the BSE’s internal auditor.

Audit Committee

The Audit Committee supports the work of the Supervisory Board in matters related to the BSE’s control and risk management systems, the financial reporting process, and the financial audit.
